RegistrationRegistration at AiML 2010 will have two steps: pre-registration and registration.
In order to be able to take part in AiML, both pre-registration and registration are necessary steps. The AiML speakers who have already submitted to us their visa application forms are already pre-registered. Participants from Russia have different options for registration and accommodation, so they must fill in a different registration form. Registration feeThe registration fee is estimated to be Euro 300; this includes registration materials, AiML volume of papers, coffee breaks and banquet. We try to keep the fee as low as possible, therefore the actual fee may slightly deviate from this estimated amount depending on the actual number of participants. The fee should be paid in cash at the registration desk at the beginning of the conference; we apologize that we cannot accept personal cheques or credit cards. We shall provide a written confirmation of payment of the registration fee. [In exceptional cases we may have a limited funding to provide financial support to some participants. Applications can be included in the registration form or be sent separately to aiml10@mi.ras.ru. However, due to our low budget, this support can only be very limited.] |
